Bucceri, et al. v. Cumberland Farms, Inc.

Our office joined Burr & Smith, LLP and the Shavitz Law Group, PA in a collective class action claim on behalf of Managers working at Cumberland Farms “Legacy” stores across the country. A collective class action claim for overtime pay was brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The lawsuit alleges that these employees were misclassified as overtime exempt. It seeks overtime pay on behalf of employees who worked as Managers within the past three years. It also seeks liquidated damages in an amount equal to the overtime pay owed.
