Hedrick, et al. v. BNC National Bank

October 27, 2015.    Matter resolved in resolution in arbitration.

Our office filed a collective class action claim on behalf of Loan Officers working at BNC National Bank’s Overland Park, Kansas Office. A collective class action claim for overtime pay was brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The lawsuit alleges that these employees were not properly paid overtime for all overtime hours worked. It seeks overtime pay on behalf of these employees who worked there within the past three years. It also seeks liquidated damages in an amount equal to the overtime pay owed. This lawsuit was stayed in federal court, and sent to arbitration for resolution.
