Our office filed a collective action claim against Cavo Broadband Communications, L.L.C. on behalf of all employees that were cable services installers for unpaid overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The lawsuit alleges that Cavo incorrectly treated these employees as contract workers and failed to correctly pay overtime compensation. This lawsuit covers all cable installers that worked for Cavo over the past three years who were not paid overtime compensation. This includes all employees who worked not only in Missouri, but all other states.
