Our office along with Brown & Associates, LLC filed a collective action claim against Ace Logistics, LLC; Ace Nextday, LLC; and TLS, LTD. on behalf of all employees working as delivery drivers for unpaid overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The lawsuit alleges that Defendants failed to correctly pay overtime as required under federal law. This includes all employees of these defendants who worked not only in Missouri, but all other states.
