Our office along with The
Sly James Firm filed a collective action claim
against Mill-Tel, Inc. on behalf of all employees that were
cable services installers for unpaid overtime under the Fair
Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The lawsuit alleges that Mill-Tel
incorrectly treated these employees as contract workers and
failed to correctly pay overtime compensation. This lawsuit
covers all cable installers that worked for Mill-Tel over
the past three years who were not paid overtime compensation.
This includes all employees who worked in Missouri, Kansas,
Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Nebraska.
